Ingredients

- 2 cups jasmine rice
- 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions until each grain is soft and separate.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic to make the glaze.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat, add chicken, and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour the honey-soy glaze over the chicken and let it simmer for a few minutes until thickened.
- Serve the sticky chicken over a bed of jasmine rice, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of fresh lime at the end. Leftovers can be stored in airtight containers for up to three days.
