- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
- Hershey’s Kisses or strawberry candies, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and set the rack to the middle position.
- Cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the vanilla and almond extracts; mix well.
- Gradually add in the flour and salt, mixing until combined.
- Fold in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Immediately after removing from the oven, press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
- Allow cookies to cool before serving.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days. For longer storage, freeze in a single layer, then transfer to a freezer-safe bag.
