Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups sugar cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup edible cookie dough pieces
  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted
  • Whipped cream for topping (optional)
  • Sprinkles for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare the batter.
  2. Press the sugar cookie dough into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Fold in edible cookie dough pieces gently.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for about 50-60 minutes until the center is set.
  8. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  9. Drizzle melted white chocolate on top and add whipped cream and sprinkles if desired.
  10. Slice and serve.

Notes

For a spiced twist, a pinch of nutmeg or cardamom in the cookie dough can add warmth. This recipe is forgiving, making it perfect for baking with kids.
