  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds

  • Extra coconut milk for desired texture
  • Drizzle of honey or maple syrup
  • Fresh berries for topping

Instructions

  1. Shake the can of coconut milk to blend the cream and water.
  2. Pour the coconut milk into a bowl or container.
  3. Whisk in the sweetener and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Whisk in the chia seeds until evenly distributed.
  5. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least an hour to set.
  6. Stir and adjust texture with extra milk if needed before serving.

Notes
