Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix together cocoa powder, almond flour, sugar substitute, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until fully incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the greased baking pan, smoothing the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
