2 cups boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 oz unflavored halal beef gelatin powder
0.5 cups fresh lemon juice

Instructions
1. Bloom the gelatin powder in cold water in a glass mixing bowl for 5 minutes.
2. Pour the boiling water over the bloomed gelatin and whisk continuously until fully dissolved and clear.
3. Stir in the fresh lemon juice and liquid stevia gently to avoid creating bubbles.
4. Pour the mixture into a 9×9 inch glass baking dish or individual silicone molds.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until perfectly firm and set.
