  • 1 ripe banana for Day 1 and Day 7
  • 1 cup fresh spinach for Day 1
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds for Day 1
  • 1 cup water or unsweetened almond milk for Day 1
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon optional for Day 1 and Day 7
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks for Day 2 and Day 5
  • ½ cucumber, peeled for Day 2 and Day 6
  • ½ lemon, juiced for Day 2 and Day 6
  • 4–5 mint leaves for Day 2
  • 1 cup cold water for Day 2 and Day 6
  • ½ cup mixed berries for Day 3
  • 1 cup oat milk for Day 3
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats for Day 3
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional for Day 3
  • 4 ice cubes for Day 3
  • 1 handful kale or spinach for Day 4
  • ½ green apple, sliced for Day 4
  • 1 orange, juiced for Day 4
  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed for Day 4
  • 1 small carrot, peeled and chopped for Day 5
  • 1 small orange, peeled for Day 5
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh grated ginger for Day 5
  • 1 handful spinach for Day 6
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter for Day 7
  • 1 cup almond milk for Day 7
  • 3–4 ice cubes for Day 7

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients for the chosen day's smoothie in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve immediately in a tall glass or bowl. Sprinkle with toppings like chia seeds or cinnamon if desired.
  • If storing, pour into a sealed glass jar and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Shake before serving.
