  • 1/4 cup sauce of choice (marinara, BBQ, buffalo, teriyaki, ranch, sweet chili)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional) For extra flavor
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley or basil (optional) For garnish

Equipment

  • 1 air fryer (any brand: COSORI, Philips, Ninja, Instant)
  • 1 meat thermometer Target: 160°F for beef/pork, 165°F for chicken/plant-based
  • 1 silicone tongs/spatula for flipping

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (2 minutes).
  • Arrange meatballs in a single layer, leaving space between each.
  • Brush or toss in sauce/oil for extra crisp and flavor.

Cooking

  • Air fry: Mini (bite-sized): 8–9 mins, Standard (1.5-inch): 10–12 mins, Large (2-inch): 12–14 mins.
  • Flip or shake halfway for even browning.
  • Check temperature: Use thermometer for food safety.
