Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (or frozen)
  • 1 cup spinach, fresh
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (full-fat or light)
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add the avocado, pineapple, spinach, coconut milk, and coconut water to a high-speed blender.
  • Add the lime juice, sweetener (if using), and ice cubes.
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Scrape down sides if needed.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with pineapple or mint if desired.

Notes

To boost the protein content, add a scoop of vanilla protein powder. For a thinner smoothie, increase the coconut water. Use frozen pineapple for a frostier texture. Always serve immediately after blending for best consistency.
