Ingredients
  

For the Bites

  • 1 package puff pastry (all-butter) Thawed and cut into 2-inch squares
  • 8 oz Brie cheese Cut into small cubes, rind left on
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce Homemade or high-quality store-bought

Optional Additions

  • 1 tbsp honey For extra sweetness
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs Rosemary or thyme optional
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts Pecans, pistachios, or walnuts optional

Preparation

  • Thaw the puff pastry in the refrigerator and cut into 2-inch squares. Gently press the squares into muffin tin cups.
  • Cut Brie into small cubes and place one cube into each puff pastry cup, leaving space to prevent overflow.

Assembly and Baking

  • Top each brie-filled cup with ½ to 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
  • Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  • Sprinkle with herbs or nuts if using.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden and Brie is melted.

Cooling and Serving

  • Let the bites cool for 2–3 minutes before serving to avoid cheese leaks.

Notes

These bites can be made ahead by assembling and refrigerating or baking and freezing. Serve with garnishes like honey or balsamic glaze for added flair.
