Ingredients
  

  • 300 ml brewed green tea, chilled
  • 150 ml sparkling water (unflavored)
  • 60 ml fresh orange juice
  • 30 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 2 mint sprigs (for garnish)
  • 2 lemon or orange slices (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Start by brewing a strong green tea. Let it chill completely in the refrigerator.

  • In a pitcher or large glass, combine the chilled green tea, orange juice, lemon juice, and honey. Stir to dissolve.
  • Add ice cubes and gently stir in the sparkling water just before serving.
  • Garnish with mint sprigs and citrus slices. Serve immediately while bubbly.

Notes

Adjust sweetness by reducing or omitting honey. Garnish with mint or citrus peel for an elegant touch. Best served immediately after carbonation for max fizz.
