Preparation

  • Brown the meat in a skillet (if using); set aside.
  • Melt cream cheese in a saucepan over low heat.

  • Add the meat and stir until combined.

Notes

Use fresh cheese for best results. Control the heat by adjusting jalapeƱo quantity. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
