Preparation

  • Spray the inside of your crockpot with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • Cut the cinnamon roll dough into quarters and place the pieces in the crockpot.
  • In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon. Pour this mixture evenly over the dough pieces.
  • If you like, sprinkle the chopped pecans on top for added flavor and crunch.

Cooking

  • Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the cake is set and gooey.
