Preparation

  • Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small bowl and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  • Add the hot water or tea, stirring until the gelatin fully dissolves.
  • Mix in lemon juice or apple cider vinegar if desired for extra flavor and health benefits.
  • Pour the mixture into a glass or mold and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set and chilled.

Notes

Always bloom gelatin in cold water first for a smooth texture. Use herbal tea or flavored water for variety without added calories. Add fresh berries or a splash of coffee for interesting flavor variations.
