Ingredients
  

  • 170 g plain Greek yogurt (2% fat)
  • 1–2 tbsp unsweetened peanut butter
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • fresh fruit, granola or chia seeds for topping (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add Greek yogurt and peanut butter to a bowl.
  • Mix thoroughly until smooth and creamy.
  • Add honey or cinnamon, if using, and mix again.
  • Top with fresh fruit, granola, or chia seeds as desired.
  • Serve immediately or chill for later. Great as a snack or breakfast.

Notes

Use plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt and natural peanut butter (no added sugar or oils) for the healthiest version. You can blend them into smoothies, freeze into snack bites, or layer into parfaits with fruit and oats. Watch portions — 1–2 tbsp of peanut butter per ¾ cup yogurt is a great starting point.
