Green Brazilian Mounjaro Detox Drink

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small green cucumber sliced
  • ½ cup pineapple chopped
  • 1 small handful fresh parsley or coriander
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • 1 cup cold spring water or coconut water
  • ice cubes for serving
  • ½ teaspoon natural honey optional, for sweetness

Instructions
 

  • Wash all produce thoroughly under cool running water.
  • Cut the cucumber and pineapple into small chunks suitable for blending.
  • Place the cucumber, pineapple, parsley or coriander, and lemon juice into a blender.
  • Add the cold spring water (or coconut water) and honey if using.
  • Blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
  • Taste and adjust — add more lemon juice for tang or more water for a lighter consistency.
  • Pour into glasses over ice and garnish with a cucumber slice or herb sprig if desired.

Notes

For added nutrition, blend in a few spinach leaves or a basil leaf. Best enjoyed on an empty stomach. Store in a glass bottle in the fridge and consume within 18–24 hours. Shake gently before serving if separation occurs.
