Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh spinach (packed)
  • 0.5 frozen banana
  • 0.25 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 0.5 lemon (juiced)
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened apple juice
  • 0.5 cup cold water
  • 0.5 cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Add spinach, pineapple, banana, and ginger to your blender.
  • Squeeze in fresh lemon juice.
  • Pour in the apple juice and cold water.
  • Add ice so it blends smoothly and chills the smoothie.
  • Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until smooth and vibrant.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately while fresh.

Notes

For extra nutrition, add chia or flaxseed. To make it creamier, replace banana with avocado. Reduce fruit juice to lower sugar, or use coconut water for a lighter option. Best enjoyed fresh, blended on high for 60 seconds.
