Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp moringa powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.5 cup frozen mango
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add banana, moringa powder, almond milk, frozen mango, chia seeds, and honey/maple syrup to a blender.
  • Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately while chilled.

Notes

Start with ½ teaspoon of moringa powder if you’re new to its earthy taste, then gradually increase to 1 teaspoon. For extra protein, add Greek yogurt or peanut butter. Swap honey for maple syrup to keep it vegan. Best enjoyed fresh and chilled.
