Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon dried green tea leaves or 1 green tea bag
  • ½ teaspoon dried peppermint leaves
  • ½ teaspoon dried chamomile flowers
  • 2 to 3 slices fresh lemon
  • 1 teaspoon natural honey optional, for sweetness
  • 2 cups filtered water

Instructions
 

  • In a small pot or kettle, bring 2 cups of filtered water to a gentle boil.
  • Place green tea leaves, chamomile, and peppermint into a teapot or heat-resistant glass jar.
  • Pour hot water over the herbs, cover, and let steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Add lemon slices after steeping and stir in honey if desired.
  • Strain the tea into cups and serve warm. Enjoy slowly and mindfully.

Notes

For a caffeine-free version, skip the green tea. Let herbs steep longer with a lid for a stronger infusion. You can refrigerate leftovers for a chilled tea the next day. Customize with additions like ginger or cinnamon for added wellness benefits.
