  • ½ tsp dried peppermint leaves
  • ½ tsp dried chamomile flowers
  • 2–3 slices fresh lemon For flavor enhancement
  • 1 tsp natural honey (optional, for sweetness) Use for added sweetness if desired
  • 2 cups filtered water Essential for brewing

Preparation

  • In a small pot or kettle, bring 2 cups of filtered water to a soft boil to preserve the delicate flavors.
  • Place the green tea leaves, chamomile, and peppermint in a teapot or heat-resistant glass jar.
  • Carefully pour the hot water over the herbs. Cover the teapot and let the tea steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • After steeping, add 2-3 fresh lemon slices. Stir in a teaspoon of honey if you prefer a natural touch of sweetness.
  • Using a fine mesh strainer, pour your Mounjaro Tea into your favorite cup and enjoy.
