Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger or ΒΌ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey
  • 1 cup warm water not boiling
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar optional
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat the water until warm but not boiling.
  • Add fresh lemon juice, grated ginger, and raw honey to the warm water.
  • Stir well until honey is fully dissolved.
  • Add apple cider vinegar and ground cinnamon if using. Stir again.
  • Drink fresh, ideally in the morning on an empty stomach.
  • Optional: Steep ginger in warm water for 10 minutes for a stronger infusion.

Notes

Drink it fresh for best results. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days and shake well before drinking. Avoid boiling water as it may reduce the nutritional benefits of honey and lemon. Always consult a doctor if you have underlying conditions like acid reflux or are taking medication.
