Ingredients
  

  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • ½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon natural honey optional
  • 1 cup comfortably warm water

Instructions
 

  • Prep the ingredients: grate the ginger and juice the lemon just before use to retain potency.
  • In a ceramic or tempered glass mug, add lemon juice, grated ginger, and apple cider vinegar.
  • Pour in warm (not boiling) water and stir gently to combine.
  • Add honey if using, and stir with a wooden spoon until fully dissolved.
  • Let sit for 5 minutes to infuse. Enjoy warm, or refrigerate for a chilled version.

Notes
