Equipment

  • glass or stainless steel cup Avoid plastic due to vinegar acidity.
  • Measuring spoons
  • stirring spoon (bamboo or stainless steel)
  • straw (glass or metal) Helps protect tooth enamel.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz filtered or spring water (room temperature)
  • 1.5 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar with the mother
  • 1/8 tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • 1/2 tsp raw honey (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  • Start with quality water at room temperature. Avoid cold water to keep digestion gentle.
  • Add the raw apple cider vinegar first so you can see the natural 'mother' swirl through the water. Begin with 1 tbsp if new to ACV.
  • Sprinkle in the Himalayan pink salt and stir gently until dissolved.
  • Optional: Add honey or lemon juice for taste balance and extra benefits.
  • Stir for about 20 seconds until fully combined. Taste and adjust ratios if needed.
  • Sip slowly through a straw over 5–10 minutes, ideally 15–20 minutes before breakfast.

Notes

Use raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar with 'the mother' for full probiotic benefits. Always drink through a straw to protect enamel, and avoid consuming it undiluted. Start small (1 tsp ACV) and gradually increase to 1–2 tbsp as your body adapts. Optional additions like lemon, honey, or cayenne can personalize the flavor and enhance health benefits.
