Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt fine or coarse, but ensure it's pure and non-iodized
  • 1 cup warm or filtered water approximately 250–300 ml
  • fresh lemon juice optional, for added flavor
  • fresh mint leaves optional, for a cooling effect

Instructions

  • Begin with clean, fresh water. Boil and cool if needed, or use filtered room-temperature water. Ensure it’s warm, not hot.
  • Add 1/4 teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt to the water. Stir slowly until fully dissolved. Allow extra time for coarse crystals to blend.
  • Optional: Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice or a few mint leaves for enhanced flavor.
  • Sip slowly on an empty stomach, ideally first thing in the morning before breakfast or coffee.
  • Sit down and relax while drinking. Avoid walking or standing to help ease digestion and promote mindfulness.

Notes

Always choose high-quality, non-iodized pink salt. This drink is not a meal replacement or cure-all but a grounding morning ritual to support hydration and gentle digestion. Customize with lemon or mint to suit your taste. Enjoy daily as part of a mindful wellness routine.
