Ingredients
  

  • ½ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt finely ground
  • 1 glass warm filtered water about 250 ml
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice optional
  • ½ teaspoon raw honey optional, for slight sweetness

Instructions
 

  • Warm the filtered water until it is slightly warm to the touch, not hot.
  • Add the pink Himalayan salt to the warm water and stir gently until fully dissolved.
  • If desired, add fresh lemon juice or raw honey and stir to combine.
  • Sip slowly and calmly on an empty stomach in the morning.
  • Repeat daily for 5–7 days, then take a break and reassess how your body feels.

Use only clean, filtered water to ensure a pure and gentle drink. Do not store — prepare fresh each morning. For a mindful ritual, sit quietly for a few minutes after sipping to let your body ease into the day.
