  • ¼ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt fine grain preferred for quick dissolving
  • ½ fresh lemon, juiced optional, for extra detox support and vitamin C
  • 1 dash raw honey optional, for taste and additional nutrients

Instructions
 

  • Pour 8 to 10 oz of warm filtered water into a glass.

  • Add ¼ teaspoon of fine-grain Himalayan pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
  • Squeeze in the juice of ½ lemon for added benefits, if desired.
  • Add a dash of raw honey for flavor, if preferred.
  • Drink slowly on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning.
  • Wait 15–30 minutes before eating or drinking anything else.

Notes

For best results, use fine-grain pink salt and warm—not hot—water. Avoid using regular table salt, which lacks beneficial trace minerals.
