Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup warm filtered water (not hot)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt (fine grain)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice or raw apple cider vinegar (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Warm 1 cup of filtered water until comfortably warm, not boiling.

  • Optional: Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice or raw apple cider vinegar for added benefits.
  • Sip slowly first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
