Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups purple cabbage, chopped fresh leaves, washed
  • 1 cup water cold
  • ½ apple optional, for sweetness
  • ¼ cucumber optional, for added freshness
  • 1 slice ginger optional, for extra flavor

Instructions
 

  • Wash the cabbage leaves thoroughly and chop them into smaller pieces.
  • Place 2 cups of chopped purple cabbage into a blender.
  • Add 1 cup of cold water to the blender.
  • Optionally, add apple, cucumber, or ginger for enhanced flavor.
  • Blend until smooth and the mixture turns a deep purple color.
  • Strain through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth for a smoother texture.
  • Pour into a glass bottle or jar and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Shake well before serving and enjoy chilled.
