  • 1 stick or tablet sugar-free electrolyte mix such as LMNT, Ultima, or Nuun
  • 16 to 20 oz filtered water
  • 1 pinch pink Himalayan salt (optional) for trace minerals
  • lemon or lime juice (optional) for flavor and vitamin C

Instructions
 

  • Fill a reusable water bottle or glass with 16 to 20 oz of filtered water.
  • Add one sugar-free electrolyte stick, tablet, or recommended serving of powder to the water.
  • Stir or shake thoroughly until fully dissolved.
  • Add a pinch of pink salt or a splash of citrus juice if desired for added minerals or flavor.
  • Drink before, during, or after physical activity—or in the morning for daily hydration support.

Notes
