Equipment

  • saucepan
  • blender
  • tea kettle
  • pitcher or mixing bowl
  • popsicle molds
  • freezer

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, diced
  • 1/2 cup water (for syrup)
  • 1/3 cup sugar or honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
  • 2 cups strong brewed sweet tea (cooled)
  • 1 cup peach syrup (from above)
  • fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • peach slices (optional, for inside molds)
  • lemon juice or coconut water (optional add-ins)

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, combine diced peaches, water, and sugar or honey. Simmer for 10–12 minutes until thickened. Stir occasionally.
  • Let syrup cool for 10 minutes. Blend until smooth. Strain if desired for a smoother texture.
  • Brew 2–3 tea bags in 2 cups of boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes, remove bags, and stir in sweetener if needed. Let cool.
  • In a pitcher, whisk together 1 cup peach syrup and 2 cups sweet tea. Adjust sweetness and add optional ingredients like mint or peach slices.
  • Pour mixture into popsicle molds. Leave room at the top. Insert sticks and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
  • To release, run molds under warm water for 10 seconds. Serve immediately or store in freezer bags.

Notes

Customize with mint leaves, lemon juice, or coconut water for extra flair. Swap sweet tea with sparkling tea or peach herbal blends. These are vegan-friendly and freezer-safe for up to 2–3 weeks.
