Ingredients
  

For the chicken nuggets

  • 1 pound all-white meat chicken Cut into nugget-sized pieces
  • 1 cup jalapeño buttermilk marinade For flavor and tenderness
  • 2 cups tortilla chips, crushed For breading
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs To mix with crushed tortilla chips

For the sauces

  • 1 tablespoon Hidden Valley Fire Ranch Spicy ranch sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Jalapeño Honey Mustard Sweet and spicy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Bell Sauce Taco Bell’s signature sauce

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Marinate the chicken pieces in jalapeño buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oil for frying in a deep pan.
  • Mix the crushed tortilla chips and breadcrumbs in a bowl.

Cooking

  • Coat each marinated chicken piece in the tortilla chip and breadcrumb mixture.
  • Fry the nuggets in hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove and let drain on paper towels.

Notes

For the best experience, ask for the nuggets to be served fresh. Pair them with nacho cheese for extra flavor.
