Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz warm filtered water
  • 1/4 tsp fine-ground Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (about half a lemon)

Instructions
 

  • Pour the warm filtered water into a glass.

  • Add the pink salt and stir until it’s completely dissolved.
  • Squeeze in the lemon juice, stir, and drink immediately.

Notes

For optimal absorption, wait at least 20 minutes before breakfast. If the taste is too strong, start with 1/8 tsp of pink salt and gradually increase to 1/4 tsp.
