Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup (8 oz) filtered or spring water (room temperature or warm)
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice or apple cider vinegar (optional)
  • 1 tsp honey or grated ginger (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Pour 1 cup of filtered or spring water into a glass or stainless-steel container.
  • Add 1/4 teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt to the water.
  • Stir thoroughly until the salt dissolves completely with no grainy texture.
  • If desired, add lemon juice or apple cider vinegar and stir again gently.
  • For sweetness or spice, mix in honey or freshly grated ginger.
  • Drink immediately, ideally in the morning on an empty stomach.

Notes

Enjoy first thing in the morning or after exercise for best results. For variations, try sole water, lemon detox water, or honey-ginger blends. Always consume in moderation to avoid excessive sodium intake.
